So you’ve got some big goals and you’re an action taker. WE LOVE TO SEE IT! Most coaching methodologies encourage you to move like this:

(1) Awareness (i.e. I know what I want to do); into
(2) Action (doing the thing).

If it was that easy, I’d be all here for it. However, this misses out a crucial part of the process that will actually allow you to achieve the results you dream of.

Since most of our action is run by a set of subconscious programs, working on the conscious mind alone to create shifts, only impacts around 5% of your behaviour, i.e. the action you take.

So if you want a different outcome, it comes from doing the inner work, to create external shifts.
